SZFW: How do you look at the relationship between fashion, art, and life when designing?
Zanzi / Yishangjiu: For me personally, whether it is fashion or art and life, it is actually one. Everyone will exist in its unique form. Such existence is both art and life itself. As a fashion designer, whether an artwork is ordinary or gorgeous, I believe it will eventually become part of life and art.
SZFW: What is the theme of this big show release and where does the inspiration come from?
æ¡å/一上å: A/W2018 series theme is "I'm (Not) A Doll", inspired by Japanese animation master Oshii Shou's "Ghost in the Shell", the original work is Shiro Masahiro's comic works. Today, artificial intelligence has become a major trend for the future development of human beings. As an ordinary person is also full of curiosity about the future, he decided to make an interesting series with the current popular elements.
SZFW: What message would you like to convey to everyone through the T stage of this Fashion Week?
æ¡å/一上å: Hope is inspiration, or thinking as an independent individual. Today, we are gradually entering the next wave of evolution in the wave of science and technology. The Internet, artificial intelligence, brain-machine integration, and the future are boundless. In this context, the main forces of fashion consumption and their demand for fashion have also changed. The individual needs of the younger generation are constantly expanding, and the desire to express personality and attitude is very strong. So, this season I want to break through the use of colors and textures, add the next generation of subculture elements with the return of classic elements, and highlight the next generation of people and fashion.
