2. Method for testing the content of vitamin C palmitate (ascorbyl palmitate) in fabrics

0.800 g of a sample extracted by an ultrasonic extractor was applied to a mixed solution of 50 ml of decarbonated water, 50 ml of chloroform, and 25 ml of dilute sulfuric acid test solution (ts-241). Immediately set the mixture with 0.1 mol/L iodine droplets to ensure sufficient shaking. Add a few drops of starch test solution (ts-235) as an indicator and titrate to the end point. 0.1 mol/L of iodine per ml corresponds to 20.73 mg of ascorbyl palmitate (C22H38O7). The arithmetic mean of the parallel measurement results is the measurement result, and the absolute difference of the average measurement results is not more than 0.02%.

3. Method for determining vitamin E content in fabrics

The sample extracted by the ultrasonic extractor is tested for vitamin E content according to the method in GB/T 5009.82-2003 "Determination of Vitamin A and Vitamin E in Food".
